Thank you to everyone who came out for Santa's Workshop on Saturday. We had a great time and hope you did as well! We will have the pictures with Santa posted real soon. Our photographer has over 800 pictures to sort through and edit. As soon as she is done we will post the link. Please dont forget to join us for our Christmas Eve candlelight service on December 24th at 6pm.

Many people are wondering how they can help those affected by Harvey. This was posted by a friend from another Church of God congregation, The Southeast Project in Indianapolis. We should be praying for our neighbors in Texas as their communities continue to be devastated by the storm and rains from Hurricane Harvey. However, prayer is only the beginning because prayer should lead us to do something about the pain others experience in our world. One of the best ways we can financially help is to give to a local church in the area that we know and trust. They will make sure it gets into the hands of real needs and people and, because they are working almost completely with volunteers, they will stretch it as far as possible. A sister church of ours, that we know and trust, is Parkgate Community Church. They are creating a Harvey Relief Fund to use to help rebuild their community. If you feel led, we invite you to give a donation to them at their website at www.parkgate.church Please select "Harvey Relief" as the designated fund on their giving page. Last Saturday Cloverdale Church partnered with Brothers Redevelopment Inc. to paint the home of a member of the Lakewood Community. We got a lot done, Unfortunately, we didn't quite finish. Soooo...... We will gladly accept help from old and new volunteers this SATURDAY, AUGUST 19TH, 9:00-2:00 to paint a second coat and finish trim. 13435 West 7th Ave, Golden, 80401. Thanks so much!
